Wesley Hall uses the wesleyhall google group to manage an emailing list for emergency announcements, classroom flyers, and the monthly newsletter. Each new parent is sent an email invitation to join the Wesley Hall announcements group. Join by simply clicking the Accept This Invitation button in the invitation message. In case you missed the initial invitation you can also use the buttons on the right.
Using an opt-in announcement group allows the school to:
- verify that email addresses work
- send bulk mailings without being marked a spammer
- provide an archive of previous messages
Please note that many communications that were previously done with paper flyers and handouts will now be done on the announcement list. As always you can find most important manuals and documents under the Parents navigation link on the wesleyhall.org web site. And don't forget about the calendar on the home page.

This will send an email message to the announcement group. You will receive a confirmation email from noreply@googlegroups.com -- reply to that message to complete the cancellation.
